Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING & DISPATCHING

Providing your items are in stock and during non-peak seasons, your order will be dispatched same day if ordered before 12:30pm, and dispatched the next day if ordered after 12:30pm. We ship orders Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays).

Please note, during peak seasons including the months prior to Christmas, new product launches, or sale periods, we receive a large volume of orders, which may result in processing or shipping delays.

 

PRE-ORDERS

In the instance that your order includes any "preorder" items (as listed in the product description), your entire order will be held and shipped once the preordered item is in stock. Should you wish to receive split shipments, you will need to place two orders online, processing two sets of shipping costs.

 

OUR WAREHOUSE

All orders are shipped via our warehouse in Tauranga, New Zealand. We do not facilitate online pick-ups from our warehouse.

 

NEW ZEALAND POSTAGE

Online orders are shipped via NZ Post Express Services. Express Post is usually received within 2 working days of postage (depending on location).

Same day dispatch for orders placed before 12pm (Excluding Weekends, Public Holidays, Peak Seasons, and Sale Periods).

Orders over $100 receive free NZ Post Express delivery within New Zealand.

For orders under $100:

Bay of Plenty Shipping: $4

North Island Shipping: $7

South Island Shipping: $10

By accepting our shipping terms and conditions, you consent to authorizing the delivery personnel to leave your parcel in a secure location without requiring a signature. Miyu Limited is not liable for any lost or unlocatable goods.

Likewise, Miyu Limited is not liable for goods not collected from a collection point if not collected within the allocated pick-up time frame. In the instance that goods are shipped back to our warehouse for failure to collect, the buyer is liable for any onward shipping costs.
