When you purchase a product via the Miyu Limited website, you are accepting the following terms and conditions which are legally binding. Please read through carefully before making your purchase.
Customers must provide their contact details including full name, email address, and other requested information. Customers warrant that the payment details provided when purchasing products are theirs and are valid and correct.
COUPONS & DISCOUNTS
Coupon codes are only valid for retail orders placed online and are not to be used in conjunction with any other offer. Discounts are only valid where and when the order is processed through our online checkout. Discount codes, loyalty coupons, or reductions are not valid on the purchase of gift cards; however, if you have a valid gift card, these can be used with the application of promotional discounts current at the time of gift card redemption. Discounts cannot be credited or edited post-checkout.
PRIVACY
Miyu Limited recognizes and respects your privacy and treats your personal information as confidential. All personal details provided will be kept safe, secure, and confidential and will not under any circumstances be distributed to third parties. Your details will be kept on a private database for Miyu Limited's use only.
PAYMENTS
For our online retail shoppers, we accept payment using Credit Card. We do not accept cheques, cash, or money orders.

All payments are processed at the point of order. Please ensure all contact details are correct when placing an order so we can get in touch should there be any issues.
SHIPPING ADDRESS & FAILED DELIVERIES
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that they have entered their address correctly. In the instance that a buyer submits an incorrect undeliverable address, provides an incorrect address that gets accepted by someone other than themselves, or fails to collect their parcel from their post office within a suitable time, this is an error on the buyer's behalf.
In these instances, if your parcel is returned back to us, it is the buyer's responsibility to pay any onward shipping fees to have the parcel resent or sent to an amended address. In the instance that your parcel is unable to be returned to us, you will not qualify for a refund.
CURRENCY
All product prices, shipping prices, and payment transactions on the Miyu Limited website are quoted in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
GST & TAXES
All products bought on the Miyu Limited website include GST. Products shipped internationally may attract customs duties and taxes. It is your responsibility to pay any additional customs duties and taxes on the delivery of your products.
COMMERCIAL USE OR RESALE
Miyu Limited products are not available for commercial sale, commercial packaging, or commercial use. This includes the use of our papers, wraps, and materials in any commercial sense where you produce products that you sell. The only exception to this rule is approved Miyu Limited stockists who have been approved to sell our products (in full and in Miyu Limited packaging) at their approved retail premises.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
Miyu Limited is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavor to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. You will receive an order confirmation email and invoice via email once your order has been received. Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days, pending availability and payment authorization. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you within 4 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder, or a full refund.
Same day dispatch for orders placed before 12pm (Excluding Weekends, Public Holidays, Peak Seasons, and Sale Periods). Orders placed on a Friday after 12pm will be processed the following Monday.
The Miyu Limited customer service team will contact you if the product you have selected is not currently in stock.
CANCELLATIONS
Please choose carefully. Once an order is submitted, we are unable to change or cancel the order. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.
RESALE OR COMMERCIAL USE
Unless prior approval has been granted, our products are not for resale or commercial use.
